The new CIS Student Council members have been elected!
Over the past two weeks,  students have experienced a campaign filled with passion and insight.

Candidates delivered inspiring speeches, sharing their visions for the future of the Student Council and demonstrating why they are the right fit for these important leadership roles.

In the first round of the election, candidates shared their goals and visions for the positions they aspired to.
Each participant clearly presented the role they wished to run for, showcasing their capabilities and commitment to serving the school community.

Some candidates spoke about enriching campus life through creative event planning, others focused on improving student well-being, while a few highlighted the importance of strengthening communication and collaboration between Secondary students and teachers — all offering practical and thoughtful ideas for positive change.

These creative and passionate speeches not only showcased the students’ leadership and sense of responsibility, but also reflected their enthusiasm and determination to serve the school community.

In this year’s Student Council campaign, Secondary Principal Pradeep took an active role in the process.
He emphasized the vital importance of the Student Council within the Secondary School — serving as a bridge between students and the school.

Student Council members carry the mission of serving their peers, voicing student perspectives, and driving positive change.The Council also plays a key role in fostering leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of social responsibility among students.

The Student Council embodies one of CIS’s core values — Care Community.
Each elected member will continue to carry forward this spirit of care, taking concrete actions to help every student realize their potential and personal value.

After a fierce election, students actively participated in the voting process and chose the student council members they felt were most suitable.

 Through this experience, they not only learned how to express their opinions but also appreciated the importance of collective decision-making.

With the election results announced, the new Student Council members have officially been appointed. They will take on the responsibility of representing their peers, serving the school, and driving positive change. 

From organizing campus activities and providing feedback on school policies to strengthening cohesion and collaboration within , the Student Council will play an indispensable role. We look forward to their continued contribution to leadership development and campus culture, bringing fresh energy and innovation to CIS.
